I can't believe that we're entering a new decade in a week! Amazing. As I reflect upon the year 2019, with its trials and tribulations, I realize that I've done a lot during this decade.

Here are some thrift finds that I found during the 10's. I'm so glad that I kept detailed records of my finds!

This is by no means a complete list at all, there are so many pairs of Dr. Martens. Fluevogs, and all manner of couture that I'd have to dig up several hard drives to find pics of!

First up is an amazing vintage bowling shirt:

Here's an authentic Dolce and Gabbana dress that I got for a sum so low that it was in the single digits, no joke!

I wish I still had those B.A.I.T. Footwear heels, but alas, they were half a size too small. Boo.

Here's a vintage 1980's beautiful 2-piece outfit by Norma Kamali, in immaculate condition. I got it at Goodwill for $7.99 and sold it for a hefty profit. Too bad it never fit me!

Here's an amazing piece of Tumi luggage that cost four figures that I got for free!

I scored this brand new Trashy Diva dress at Goodwill for $7.99!

How could I resist these fake Christian Louboutins? They were SO over the top and they're made of real fur. EEEEEK!

I scored these amazing 90's platform heels for $6.99 and flipped them for 20x that amount.

These are some of the weirdest Dr. Martens I've ever seen, check out this heel.

I used to own these Prada mary janes back in the day and flipped these for a handsome profit.

A brand new Loop NYC Andy Warhol bag that I had for YEARS until I decided to sell it. It went to a good home for a bit of $$.

Rag and Bone genuine pony hair heels that I got for practically nothing.

I have scored at least 30 pairs of John Fluevogs second hand that I've flipped for some major $$. This was a pair of men's that were in great shape.

I scored this amazing Holga repro for $9.99 at the Oakland Salvation Army and this also happens to be one of my favorite pics of myself!

Minimal and strange dress by Jil Sander that I flipped on The Real Real.

Homemade vintage lace dress that was SO tiny. I believe it was a 30" bust!

These Isabel Marant platform wedges were in LIKE NEW condition, scored for $8 at the Salvation Army in Hayward, CA. I flipped them for $125 in profit.

I couldn't believe that I found this Vanson leathers jacket in my size! I kept it for a while until I figured that I'd just sell it, and I did very well on the sale. :)

Here's an interesting t-shirt from Comme des Garçons

Here's an immaculate 1960's bustier from Frederick's of Hollywood that didn't fit but someone was thrilled when I sold it to them.

Here's a gorgeous and buttery soft leather jacket from Karen Millen England. I also flipped this on The Real Real.

1990's corset from Versatile Fashions (Dita von Teese modeled for them in earlier modeling gigs) that I got for $8 and flipped for much more after I decided not to keep it.

Marc Jacobs green patent leather mary janes

Here's a John Galliano jacket that I scored at Goodwill for $7.99. It had a couple of moth holes but I still sold it for close to three figures.

I've collected vintage slips for as long as I can remember and this is one of the best ones I've ever scored. It was also half off so I got it for $2.49.

OMG shoes. I love these Irregular Choice mary janes that I scored for $8.99 at Out of the Closet thrift store in Oakland.

I scored this Alpine Stars jacket for $10 but flipped it for way more than that. It never quite fit right and I haven't had motorcycle access for a while.

A beautiful vintage dress that I flipped nearly immediately.

I wish I hadn't gotten rid of this button-down shirt dress from Madonna's collaboration with H + M.

Ditto with these gorgeous 40's heels from LaValle.

Vintage 80's silk brocade witchy heels from Kenneth Cole.

Vintage 80's witchy boots!

Vintage QualiCraft Carmen Miranda-style platform espadrilles

Vintage Jessica McClintock for Gunne Sax strapless lace dress

Vintage 60's Naturalizer pumps

Vintage Betsey Johnson cap sleeve dress

Here are some amazing kids finds that I didn't even know existed.

Little Marc Jacobs that I sold to my friend Marissa! Totes adorbs.

Jim Morrison youth t-shirt

Amazing skull skirt that my kids still wear. I'll be honest, I'd wear it if it fit me!

Did you know that Pierre Cardin made baby clothes!? Neither did I!

This never fit anyone in my family, but I couldn't resist!

I'll conclude this post with a picture of my old bedroom in the Bay Area. My spirit animal at that time was a goth teenager and I don't think much has changed!

Here's to a prosperous and fruitful year of thrifting in 2020!
